Our premier facility in Williamsburg offers Pilates equipment-based private sessions, duet and trio sessions as well as small group equipment classes . Professional instruction is provided on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Arc Barrel .We offer MELT instruction and therapeutic muscle testing called Muscle Activation Techniques. Also take advantage of our Far Infrared Sauna for detoxing, pain relief and relaxation.
